PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME POLICY

Applies to all bulk wholesale orders

At MANE Beauty Group, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, salon-tested products with complete transparency throughout every stage of production. This Production & Lead Time Policy outlines how your order moves from concept to delivery and what to expect at each step.

Production times listed below refer to the time required to manufacture and prepare your bulk order before it is ready for dispatch.

1. Production Timeframes

All bulk orders undergo a detailed creation and quality-control process. Production typically takes:

⏳ 8–10 weeks (standard production window)

This timeframe may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Customisation (colour blends, packaging specifications, design variations)

  • Seasonal demand

  • Special-order or bespoke requirements

These production timeframes are based on your deck information.

If your order requires an extended or shortened timeline, our team will notify you at the time of placing your order.

2. What Happens During Production

Each bulk order follows a structured, high-standard process:

Step 1: Order Confirmation & Branding Setup

We confirm your product list, colour selections, and any private-label requirements.

Step 2: Manufacturing & Customisation

Your products are manufactured with your selected specifications. This includes colour matching, shading, keratin bond, tape, weft construction, and any accessories.

Step 3: Quality Control & Pre-Shipment Approval

Every batch undergoes a detailed QC process:

  • Strand consistency

  • Weight accuracy

  • Colour accuracy

  • Packaging inspection

  • Seal and bond integrity

As shown in your deck, partners also receive:

  • Photo samples

Step 4: Final Packaging

Once approved, your order is packed securely at our facility and prepared for freight.

3. Lead Time vs. Shipping Time

Lead time refers to production time (8–10 weeks).
Shipping time refers to freight time after production is complete.

Shipping timeframes are outlined in your Shipping Policy and begin only once:

  • Production is completed

  • QC checks are approved

  • Your order is ready for dispatch

This distinction ensures transparency and accurate expectation-setting.

4. Freight Options (Bulk Orders Only)

Once production is complete, your order can be shipped via:

Air Freight

  • 5–7 business days (AU/NZ)

  • 5–12 business days (international)

  • Ideal for urgent deliveries

  • Includes tracking + insurance

Sea Freight

  • 3–4 weeks (AU/NZ)

  • 3–6 weeks (international)

  • Ideal for large-volume shipments

  • Includes tracking + insurance

All freight options listed above reflect those shown in your deck.

5. Delays & Variables Affecting Lead Times

While we strive for timely fulfilment, lead times may be influenced by:

  • High seasonal manufacturing demand

  • Increased global freight congestion

  • Extended customisation requirements

  • Raw material shortages

  • Global holidays (Golden Week, Lunar New Year, etc.)

  • Customs clearance delays (for international shipments)

If production delays occur, our team will notify you immediately.

6. Order Updates & Communication

Throughout the production period, partners receive:

  • Weekly production updates

  • Photo samples (where applicable)

  • Pre-shipment approval photos

  • Email updates at each milestone

These steps reflect the transparent process shown in your PDF.
