Shipping timelines apply only once your bulk order has completed production and is ready for dispatch

At MANE Beauty Group, we specialise in bulk wholesale orders for salons and private-label partners. Our shipping process is designed to provide full transparency, insured freight, and reliable delivery from our facility in Australia.

1. Dispatch Timeframes (Bulk Orders Only)

All lead times provided relate to shipping after production is complete.

8–10 weeks, depending on order size and customisation.

Once your bulk order passes our quality-control inspection, it is dispatched within:
• 1–3 business days

You will receive freight tracking once your shipment has been collected.

2. Shipping Options (Bulk Freight)

Air Freight (Recommended for urgent or mid-sized bulk orders)

  • Estimated transit: 5–7 business days

  • Fully insured + tracked

Sea Freight (Recommended for large-volume bulk orders)

  • Estimated transit: 3–4 weeks

  • Fully insured + tracked

Final delivery windows vary based on courier capacity, customs, and location.

3. Shipping to Australia

For bulk deliveries within Australia, freight timelines vary depending on state:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping to New Zealand

Bulk freight to New Zealand typically arrives within:

  • Air Freight: 5–10 business days

  • Sea Freight: 3–4 weeks

Delays may occur during public holidays or peak freight periods.

5. Duties & Taxes (NZ Only)

New Zealand bulk shipments may incur:

  • Customs duties

  • GST

  • Import taxes

These charges are determined by NZ Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Tracking, Insurance & Delivery

Every bulk order includes:

  • End-to-end tracking

  • Insurance for loss or damage

  • Pre-shipment approval photos (as part of QC)

  • Signature on delivery (recommended for high-value shipments)

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of receiving the courier update.
