BULK ORDER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY — WORLDWIDE
Applies exclusively to bulk wholesale shipments
Shipping timelines begin only once your order has completed production and passed quality control.
We proudly ship bulk orders to salon partners and private-label brands globally. All international shipments are handled via insured, tracked freight solutions.
1. Dispatch Timeframes (Bulk Orders Only)
Once production is complete and your bulk order has passed QC, dispatch occurs within:
• 1–3 business days
A full tracking link will be emailed to you upon departure.
2. International Bulk Freight Options
Air Freight (Fastest for bulk orders)
Delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on country
Best for medium-to-large orders
Includes tracking + insurance
Sea Freight (Most economical for very large orders)
Delivery: 3–6 weeks, depending on region
Includes tracking + insurance
Freight type will be recommended based on volume, destination, and urgency.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International bulk shipments may incur:
Import duties
VAT/GST
Local taxes
Customs clearance fees
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient.
Orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for refunds.
4. Tracking, Insurance & Delivery Requirements
All bulk orders include:
End-to-end tracking
Full freight insurance
Pre-shipment approval photos
Signature on delivery (strongly recommended)
Some countries may require identification for customs clearance.
5. Delivery Delays or Lost Freight
If your freight is delayed or appears lost, please notify us within 5 days.
